Hebert is the CFO of New Horizon Capital based in Hong Kong. He has over 20 years of financial experience. Prior to joining New Horizon Capital, he was the CFO of Jinjiang International Hotel Group – a listed company in Shanghai and Hong Kong Stock Exchanges. He was previously an Audit Senior Manager at KPMG Shanghai. He got his MBA from Imperial College of London University and has obtained his Bachelor degree in Accountancy from Glasgow University, Scotland. He is Fellow member of ACCA, UK and Hong Kong CPA and a Chartered Accountant from Malaysia.
