Androw joined New Margin Ventures in 2011, by the year of 2013 he was appointed as CFO, which determines the financial strategy and directions for New Margin Ventures. Before he started his career in New Margin Venture he used to work for PwC Shanghai for several years, therefore, he has extensive experience in finance, accounting, private equity and venture capital industry. Androw has been held several leadership roles within New Margin Bejing and Shanghai. In these years, Androw dedicated to providing thought leadership through the corporate mission and guidance on enterprise risk management and internal control. Androw graduated in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law. Androw is certificated as a CPA in China. He is a member of CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accounts), Association of International Accountants, and got the certification of Risk Management Assurance by The Institute of Internal Auditors.
