Mr. Tam joined Hony in 2016. He serves as Chief Financial Officer and the head of Finance Department. Mr. Tam is responsible for all aspects of financial affairs. Mr. Tam has more than 20 years of experience in providing tax services for private equity institutions. He has helped local and overseas private equity firms in designing fund structure and tax planning for fundraising; he has also helped fund managers, individuals or institutional investors in tax planning in order to achieve optimal tax effects. Prior to joining Hony Capital, Mr. Tam served as tax partner at PwC. Mr. Tam holds a B.S. in Tax and Accounting from Golden Gate University.
