Grace Lee is a Partner and the CFO of Qiming Venture Partners leading the firm’s finance and legal functions, fund operation and USD funds’ investor relationship. Grace has extensive experience in the venture capital industry covering investment, portfolio management, fund operation and fund raising. Prior to joining Qiming in 2009, Grace was the Deputy CFO and Compliance Officer of C.V. Starr Asia, overseeing the firm’s finance and compliance functions, and the management of a strategic listed portfolio. Previously, Grace was an investment professional dealing with private equities and listed securities when she worked at BNP Paribas and JAFCO Asia. Grace was an auditor at Arthur Andersen in the early part of her career life. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of London. She is a fellow member of HKICPA and a CFA charter holder. Grace is also a co-founder and the current co-chairman of Hong Kong Private Equity Finance Association.
