Sharon Zhang is the Partner of Peeli Ventures. She has more than 15 years’ experience in venture capital investment, consulting and corporate management. Before joined Peeli Ventures, Sharon was the Financial Controller of DFJ and the Partner of DFJ Compass. In past 5 years, she was involved in the investment management of over US$100 mil USD fund and RMB500 mil RMB fund. Main investment portfolios involved are: PPTV, MTime, Easy Way, and Supreme Power Solutions, etc. Before joined DFJ, Sharon was the financial controller of Century 21 Group in their wholesales business and was responsible for over 300 stores’ financial and operation management in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Before that, Sharon has 4 years consulting experience in Arthur Anderson and 4 years auditing experience in Coopers & Lybrand. Sharon graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and has EMBA of CEIBS. Sharon is a Chinese Certified Public Accountant. She also is a board member of CVCFO.
